Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a  refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be returned back to us in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. The return shipping cost has to be paid by customer who ordered the product. 

For any damaged product in transit/delivery (i.e. customer received the product as damaged), product will be replaced or customer will be compensated accordingly. The receiving customer must report the damage with pics of packaging and product in email to contact@jrehomedecor.com within 24 hrs of delivery of the product to the customer. For damages, a claim will be filed with our shipping carrier (UPS, Fedex, Purolator, ICS and others) and customer is expected to keep the product and packaging for enquiries from shipping carrier. 

Some of the product items are exempt from being returned unless damaged in transit – all Resin Artwork (resin art mirrors, resin art wall art and resin art clocks) and all items less than $51 (For Canada 51 CAD, For USA 51 USD) and any Gift Cards and any item purchased on discount or sale more than 20% of the original price.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale with a discount more than 20% of original price (based on marked original price in website or discount coupon code) cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should ship your product to our Mississauga, ON, Canada registered address in proper packaging so the the item is not damaged during return shipping. Check our Contact Us page for full address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
