Our customer’s privacy is of the highest importance to our business. This is why we incorporate data protection practices into our business processes to ensure we continue to deliver the best services to our customers. We collect and process customer information when you visit our sites and place orders as part of our standard business process. We treat your personal information with the highest level of care and attention. We train staff on how to protect information, and regularly review how we collect and process that information to provide the best service while maintaining privacy and protection for our customers. We do not access or store any financial or banking information directly when you purchase any product on our site using your banking information through our third party payment solutions certified for security. We collect your name, address, contact information during any transaction or when you contact us through our site or social media apps like Facebook Page, Instgaram or Whatsapp which is used for completing the transaction, shipping, answering the queries as well as reaching out to you for marketing our products in future.

Shipping Policy

JRE products are available across all provinces in Canada & states in USA with home shipping option. We have pickup options available at our Mississauga facility for our GTA customers in Canada. We offer you home shipping options at $5-15. We offer free shipping on all orders above 300 US$ in United States and 300 CAN$ in Canada.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a  refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be returned back to us in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. The return shipping cost has to be paid by customer who ordered the product. 

For any damaged product in transit/delivery (i.e. customer received the product as damaged), product will be replaced or customer will be compensated accordingly. The receiving customer must report the damage with pics of packaging and product in email to contact@jrehomedecor.com within 24 hrs of delivery of the product to the customer. For damages, a claim will be filed with our shipping carrier (UPS, Fedex, Purolator, ICS and others) and customer is expected to keep the product and packaging for enquiries from shipping carrier.
