JRE products are available across all provinces in Canada & states in US with home shipping option. We have pickup options available at our Mississauga facility for our GTA customers in Canada. We offer you home shipping options at very reasonable costs based on product and distance by our tie-ups with shipping companies, thus bringing royal & elegant living right to your doorsteps. We offer free shipping on all orders above 300 US$ in United States and 300 CAN$ in Canada.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final sales only. There is no policy for return, refund, exchange or cancellation of order, once the order request has been placed online by the customer, unless there is any defect or damage to the product during shipping. All customers are requested to check all product details before placing an order.
To report any damage to the product during transit or defect in the product please record video and pics of the package before and after opening and record the package opening activity and report (email) to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hrs of the receipt of the shipment with detailed video and pics with order # and invoice details. Please keep the product along with the packaging materials as is, for inspection by our shipping carrier partners. The customer support team will look into the issue and get back to you within 2 business days after the incident has been reported.
